Hannah had her program at preschool tonight. She was so excited for us to come and watch her sing. Hannah did a great job singing all of the words and doing all of the motions. We were so proud of our little princess and her great performance. Jacob was very excited to watch Hannah too. After every song he would clap and say, "Yea Hannah!" as well as trying to sing along during the songs. Hannah loves singing and is excited to go to preschool next year so that she can learn more songs. Good job Sweets! (The top two pictures are from our friend's blog, Thanks Ashley!)

Happy Birthday to Mommy!
Happy Birthday to ME!!! Today was my 29th birthday. It's hard for me to believe that I'm almost to the big 3-0. The kids were SO excited to get another birthday cake in just a matter of weeks! "Happy Birthday, Mom!" was officially the quote of the day. I think I heard it at least 200 times if not more. The kids are figuring out that birthday's are full of love and are tons of fun. Thank you to my sweet little family for helping me feel so special and loved!

I'm So Pretty
One of Jacob's new favorite things to do is to get into Mom & Dad's stuff in their bathroom. He's decided that they have some pretty cool stuff in there. This morning while Mommy was on the phone (of course), Jacob snuck into Mom's bathroom and got into things, including the makeup. He was so proud of himself and obviously did a great job. The black and purple just accentuate his blue eyes and red hair and CERTAINLY don't look a thing like he got ran over by a truck.
This is Jacob's "I'm in trouble" face.
Here is Jacob's beautiful makeup job.... done by himself this morning with MOM'S makeup!

Wonderful Two's
This is Jacob after throwing a MAJOR temper tantrum tonight. This was right after we ate dinner, so he wouldn't let us take off his bib. He was also VERY determined that he was going somewhere and wanted his jacket and hat on. We can usually get him to calm down by turning on a movie. So, after turning on Lightning McQueen for him and giving him "nuggles" (laying his blankie over his lap). This is where we came to. A blubbering two year old sitting on the couch watching Lightning McQueen with a bib, jacket & snow hat on and his blankie layed out just right. Gotta love the "Terrible Two's!"

Leotards and Ballet Skirts
Found...
So I found the camera case four months after it was lost. Any guesses as to where?
Anyone?
Anyone?
I discovered it sneaking around behind the CROCK-POT of all places! Once I found it I seemed to remember putting it and our video camera in that spot at one point, thinking it was a good spot. Later, I moved the video camera to a better spot and left the camera case feeling lost and uncared for. After caressing it and loving it much over the past few days, I am back to uploading pictures and updating the blog. I am dating many of my posts back to the date that they happened, so if you really care to see what we have been up to the past few months, you may want to backtrack through our blogs a little bit. The "Missing Camera Case" Mystery is solved and it's time to get back to normal life. We are slowly decorating the house and will have pictures up soon of the progress. To those of you who actually read us, THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE!

Aunt "Sisa" Comes to Visit
Aunt "Sisa" (Lisa) and Uncle Bryan came to visit us January 13-16th. Aunt Lisa loves to spoil the kids and takes lots of pictures of them. (I stole the pictures from her blog!) We had a great time decorating Hannah's room (pictures to come), showing her the amazing metropolis of Greeley, and mainly just hanging out doing sister stuff (talking, laughing, etc.).

Hannah was THRILLED to sleep in the same room with Aunt Lisa! She is such a heavy sleeper that Lisa and I were able to have full-on conversations while Hannah was in the corner snoring.
Aunt Lisa brought her flute and played for us. We love this special talent that Lisa has and it was wonderful to hear her again.
We LOVE you Aunt Lisa! Thank you for visiting and we want you to come again soon!
