Preschool Field Trips

Next the kids went to a fire station and I was able to go with them. The kids eyes were huge the entire time. We got to see where the firemen sleep (with beds that fold out of the wall), eat and exercise. Their favorite room was the kitchen/living room. The firemen had a "huge" (arms sweeping) TV and three refrigerators. Then of course we got to go out and see the fire truck. Each kid got to sit in the front seat and "drive" the fire truck. Fire Man Jimmy told us all about fire safety and even dressed up in all of his gear so the kids would know what the firemen look like. Hopefully this experience will help the kids to not be afraid of them if they ever had to come and save them.

It's a Princess Party!
Hannah had a FABULOUS Princess Party!!! We had a great time with all of the Princesses who came to play with us. We did makeup and hair, colored pictures, made window sun catchers, played Royal Stomp Ball, made sugar cube castles, played Pin the Kiss on the Frog, opened presents and had a Castle cake with ice cream. Thank you friends for helping Hannah to have a great 5th birthday!
